Muktinath Helicopter Tour

Phase 01: Transfer to Airport in Kathmandu Start into the day by getting ready right on time. Our team member will pick you up from the hotel and drive us to the airport. The ride shall not be long since we have to board the flight at 7:00. Phase 02: Fly from Kathmandu to Muktinath The helicopter will leave for Muktinath at any minute now, so all you need to do is relax and enjoy the spectacular view. With no traffic-jammed streets of sprawling Kathmandu, you’ll indeed have a wonderful time en route. Soaring up in the sky, the flight will introduce you to the streaming Kali Gandaki River and Mustang’s rock cliffs and mountain ranges in a whirlwind of 30 minutes. After reaching Muktinath, you can further snoop the place and enjoy the stunning glimpses of Tukuche. Phase 03: Worship in the Muktinath Temple; Perform Puja and other rituals At Muktinath, you’ll attend the prayer rituals conducted by Buddhist monks. We’ll join the other pilgrims to perform puja and offer prasad to deities. After you’ve worshipped, we can go and look around the temple. Inside the holy shrine, you can see 108 holy taps along with a stunning backdrop of Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri. It has the prettiest medieval villages with an incredible backdrop that provide a great view. Nestled on the foot of Thorong La Pass, Muktinath comes with a drop-dead view of shimmering mountain ranges topped by the skyline of tree branches. Before the clock runs out, go out and explore the Muktinath Valley and its arid landscapes. Phase 04: Fly back to Pokhara When the time is up, we’ll fly you back to Pokhara. The 30-minute heli ride is comprised of a tour over Jomsom. While returning, you’ll get to watch the deep gorges of Kali Gandaki alongside Tibetan plateaus and verdant hills. Phase 05: Sightseeing Pokhara City When the helicopter stops at Pokhara, you can do a bit of the city’s sightseeing. Enjoy the serene lakes and the pristine mountain view that the city has to offer. The colorful towns, graceful streets, and local shops in Pokhara are also worth giving a tour of. So if you have some time, give it a go. Phase 06: Final Departure After the short excursion, you must get in the helicopter again for a final heli ride. This time., the heli won’t keep you flying in the air for a long time. The trip will last for just about 15 minutes, but it’ll be equally or even more fun this time around with the crystal clear view of Kathmandu Valley and its significant landmarks. After landing at the airport, our staff will drive you back to the hotel so that you can get some rest.
